When you use CrewBonusApp, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, and payment information. When workers use the time tracking features, we collect clock-in/out times and GPS location data.
We use your information to provide and improve CrewBonusApp, process payments, send account-related communications, and provide customer support. GPS data is used for time tracking verification and is visible only to your organization's administrators.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and DigitalOcean for application hosting. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase, Stripe, DigitalOcean) and as required by law.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, data is retained for 180 days before deletion to allow for reactivation. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through the application or by contacting us at support@crewbonusapp.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
